  • All prices listed on our website are excluded from Delivery Charges. Delivery Charges are shown separately in Delivery Policy.

Purchase Orders

  • You may place an order follow by the instructions on our website. By placing an order, you make offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the product(s), thus, the subject of your order (purchase contract).
  • Okada Station is an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via Email/WhatsApp. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated email address is regularly checked for correspondence.
  • Orders will be deemed to have been received by Okada Station at the time Okada Station send an order confirmation to your nominated email address.
  • Okada Station reserve the right to reject any order you have placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of a cancelled order by us, the relevant paid fund will be refunded in full. You will receive our email confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
  • Okada Station reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or prohibit orders, placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
  • Okada Station does not hold any responsibility for orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.
  • Okada Station shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement if such delay is caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Okada Station (or its affiliates), and Okada Station shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
  • Okada Station may charge a redelivery fee if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order.


  • Payment for orders will be processed upon acknowledgement from us via email.
  • You may provide your nominated credit card during the purchase process described on our website, all payments shall be made through using Billplz (where you are the cardholder of that card, bank account holder).
  • If your nominated payment method triggers our fraud prevention protocols, we may contact you to confirm additional details or withdraw the transaction. In this case, until your order has passed our fraud prevention protocols your order will not be fulfilled. If you do not provide the requested information within up to 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud.
